Job Role: Duck Creek Policy Product Engineer
Role Overview:
- Duck Creek Policy Position Product Engineer with Duck Creek Integration Knowledge.
- This Product Engineer is a key contributor to the success of the Duck Creek Policy product
- This role requires a combination of technical and business skills to develop document and maintain the product
- The Product Engineer must be able to work closely with the business development and support teams to ensure the product is designed and implemented to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and develop product designs to meet those requirements
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Develop and maintain test plans to ensure the product meets customer requirements
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers on the product
- Develop and maintain product training materials
- Develop and maintain support processes
- Analyze customer feedback and develop product enhancements and new features
- Proactively identify and recommend product improvements to ensure customer success
- Participate in product strategy discussions and represent the product in customer meetings
- Work closely with the development team to ensure product designs and implementations are accurate and complete
- Participate in customer meetings and other sales activities to promote the product
Required Skills:
- Experience in product development and implementation
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of the Duck Creek Policy product Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science software engineering or a related file
