They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. A LANE SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY
- Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
- Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
- Check back with guests routinely
- Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Help keep the center clean
- Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
- Recommend/upsell the center experience
- 2 Years of related experience
- HS Diploma (Optional)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A commitment to great guest service
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities
Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders while sharing menu items, promotions, and specials with guests. Provide attentive service, resolve guest questions and issues, maintain a clean and organized work area, and recommend additional experiences.
Requirements
The role asks for two years of related experience and exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to excellent guest service. A high school diploma is optional, and applicants must meet the legal minimum age to serve alcohol; all applicants must be at least 18.
