Tasks

As the Procurement Manager, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

Independently manage the procurement process for assigned commodities in accordance with established procurement policies and approval frameworks, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of materials and equipment to support production schedules
Analyze, interpret, and report cost, supplier, and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and decision-making
Identify and execute cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives, including supplier consolidation or alternative sourcing opportunities
Issue purchase orders in accordance with established guidelines and monitor order progress through completion
Evaluate supplier performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery reliability, pricing accuracy, and responsiveness
All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience required
Fluency in English language required
German and French language desirable
Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Project Management and/or Business Development
MS Office skills as expert
