You partner closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand product intent, and identify the most meaningful stories to tell. You understand how words contribute to the overall guest experience and have a strong appreciation for how verbal and visual elements work together to create a cohesive brand expression across retail and e-commerce channels.

As a Senior Copywriter, you bring exceptional writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep curiosity about product. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple seasons and priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Beyond writing, you are a trusted partner and subject matter expert who helps teams understand our products and mentors others to strengthen storytelling across the business.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to learn about our products so you can write about and name them
Understand the structure of the brand’s identity - paying special attention to how visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic in-person and e-commerce retail experience
Work in close-knit partnerships with various cross-functional partners
Be a subject matter expert for all things product to partners across the business
