Description & Requirements

who are we

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About This Team

We're looking for a Senior Product Education Copywriter to create clear, compelling, and on-brand product education content that helps guests understand, connect with, and get excited about our products. From product descriptions and naming to packaging and educational resources, this role brings our innovations, technologies, and product stories to life across a variety of guest-facing touchpoints.

In this role, you excel at translating complex product details into language that is both engaging and easy to understand. You partner closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand product intent, and identify the most meaningful stories to tell. You understand how words contribute to the overall guest experience and have a strong appreciation for how verbal and visual elements work together to create a cohesive brand expression across retail and e-commerce channels.

As a Senior Copywriter, you bring exceptional writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep curiosity about product. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple seasons and priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency. You are a strategic problem solver who takes initiative, confidently presents recommendations, and delivers high-quality work. Beyond writing, you are a trusted partner and subject matter expert who helps teams understand our products and mentors others to strengthen storytelling across the business.

Maintain and track accurate content in internal organization systems
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to learn about our products so you can write about and name them
Understand the structure of the brand’s identity - paying special attention to how visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic in-person and e-commerce retail experience
Work in close-knit partnerships with various cross-functional partners
Be a subject matter expert for all things product to partners across the business
Consider the guest’s journey, whether they’re in store or online
Mentor, train, and ideate with other team members
Assist Managing Editor with reviewing and editing work, as needed
