We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

- Assist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks/issues through data review and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive mitigation planning, assign owners, track to closure, and escalate when SLAs are at risk.
- Translate complex project information into clear executive narratives (what changed, why it matters, what we need).
- Create high-quality materials: pre-reads, decision memos, release readiness updates, launch communications.
- Identify recurring delivery pain points and implement improvements (process simplification, automation, standard templates).
- Support retrospectives / lessons learned; convert insights into adopted changes
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, or business analysis roles (internships included).

- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience with planning systems or enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
- Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
- Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
- Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
