Growth & Business Development Coordinator

Are you the kind of person who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping innovative technology reach customers?

Do you want more responsibility than a typical entry-level marketing job?

Lux Modus is looking for an ambitious early-career professional to help build our sales and marketing organization from the ground up. You will work directly with our executive team, support customer relationships and deal execution, and help commercialize cutting-edge Spatial AI, digital twin, and infrastructure technology.

This is an entry level position, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

· Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach

· Book customer meetings and product demonstrations

· Help qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, and close deals

· Support digital marketing, advertising, email, social media, and lead-generation programs

· Use audio/video editing and formatting skills to help create compelling content

· Work with the commercial team to structure deal details

· Support high-volume online SaaS sales

· Build and manage customer and prospect relationships

· Plan and manage industry conferences and events

· Create sales and marketing materials with support from the team

· Contribute ideas and customer feedback to product management

We're Looking for Someone Who

· Has postsecondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field

· Is early in their career and eager to grow quickly

· Has some sales, marketing, business development, or retail experience

· Loves talking to people and is energized by sales

· Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, independent of AI tools

· Is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative

· Has an eye for strong advertising, design, and marketing

· Can edit and format audio/video content

· Is curious about technology and excited by a startup environment
