Serve as the primary project contact for customers, building strong relationships with business leaders and technical stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, implementation, testing, and support.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating decisions when needed.
Maintain clear project plans, status reports, financial forecasts, and executive updates.
Oversee testing readiness, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and the transition to ongoing support.
Drive stakeholder alignment, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain accountability across teams.

A strong track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
Demonstrated project management experience in the airline industry, either directly with an airline or through an airline technology provider or consulting firm.
Experience managing software implementations or system integrations through the full project lifecycle.
Understanding of airline business processes and systems, such as reservations, ticketing, distribution, retailing, or revenue accounting.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and competing priorities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams and external vendors.
Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Calgary, Alberta.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
