Requirements:
- Bilingual project manager with over 5 years of large-scale business project management, who has owned the plan, budget, schedule and closure of cross-functional projects involving business, IT and external vendor teams.
- Management of medium to very large cross-functional projects, from plan to closure and planning and coordinating multiple large-scale deliveries
- Project plan, deliverables, functional supervision of internal and external contributors, change and quality control, risk analysis, reporting to sponsor and steering committee
- PMP / MGP / ACP certifications
- Experience in a risk management context and/or in a financial institution
- Bilingual (FR/EN)

Responsibilities
Manage medium to very large cross-functional projects from planning through closure, including ownership of project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate large-scale deliveries and internal and external contributors, oversee change and quality control, analyze risks, and report to sponsors and steering committees.
Requirements
Requires more than five years of experience managing large-scale business projects involving business, IT, and external vendor teams. Candidates should be bilingual in French and English, have experience in risk management and/or a financial institution, and hold a PMP, MGP, or ACP certification.
