- Functional analysis and design: detailed design, functional specifications with the PO, scoping (stories, release, sprint, project, testing)
- Knowledge acquisition and transfer: documenting processes, business rules and system specifics, workshops, guides, summary sheets, training material
- Integrating architecture concepts into functional analysis
- Interpersonal skills and alignment with many stakeholders from varied fields, in an uncertain or ambiguous context
- Co-creation with business partners, backlog management, advising the PO and the development team
- Functional testing: strategies with architects and QA analysts, participation, documentation
- Implementation and support: implementation, incident and problem management, support during implementation

Responsibilities
Develop detailed functional designs and specifications, scope stories and releases, manage the backlog, and collaborate with product owners, development teams, architects, QA analysts, and business partners. Document processes and system knowledge, support functional testing, and assist with implementation, incidents, and problem management.
