Original job description
- Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
- Experience supporting end-to-end permit lifecycle management, including application intake, review and approval workflows, permit issuance, amendments, renewals, inspections, compliance monitoring, and document generation.
- Experience delivering CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management solutions.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Proven experience in Technical Lead or Senior Developer roles.
- Experience delivering solutions in public sector or large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
