Required:
- KYC requirements for corporate and institutional clients (identification, ultimate beneficial owners, tax obligations, sanctions, periodic and event-driven reviews)
- Applicable regulatory frameworks (AML/ATF, LEF, NI 93-101 and 31-103, CIRO rules)
- Leading a feasibility analysis, market solicitation (RFI/RFP) or technology solution selection, including comparison of options, vendors and costs
- Priority management and coordination of requests from multiple stakeholders, with trade-offs between value, risk, capacity, vendors and timelines
- Agile, Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and product backlog management
- Client communications and presentations at various levels, including executive committees
- French, spoken and written
- Advanced English

Responsibilities
Lead feasibility analyses and technology solution selection, including market solicitations, vendor and option comparisons, and cost assessments. Manage and coordinate competing stakeholder requests, balancing value, risk, capacity, vendors, and timelines.
Requirements
Requires hands-on knowledge of corporate and institutional KYC requirements and applicable AML/ATF, LEF, NI 93-101 and 31-103, and CIRO regulations. Candidates should have Agile, Scrum, or Kanban experience; practical Jira, Confluence, and backlog management skills; strong client presentation and communication abilities; advanced spoken and written French; and advanced English.
