- 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and I&IT teams.
- Demonstrated experience with managing multi-year multi-million budget projects
- Experience with the management of Stakeholders, risks, changes, issues, time, scope and resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and other tools that support project management, collaboration and development of processes and plans
- Experience managing project life cycles including assigning resources and maintaining the project backlogs and in-progress/completed tasks with collaboration tools like: Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, KanBan, Workamajig, etc.
- Experience in validating financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
- Experience in formulating and determining business and technical requirements, business problems, business objectives, product visions, goals and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, collaborate and inform policy, IT, legal, communication and privacy teams.
Technical, Deployment and Project Integration Skills:
- Experience utilizing, managing and understanding various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products. (must have)
- Experience with IT project management specifically working with Oracle Siebel CRM
- Experience with I&IT technology site deployment/rollout.
- Experience leading, facilitating and initiating large-scale technology infrastructure procurements.
- Experience in defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering the initiative including business, operational, and information technology deliverables as needed.
- Experience with underlying technologies and processes for the delivery of an end-to-end electronic solution.
- Technical knowledge of Oracle and related deployment environments in order to coordinate and lead activities
- Experience in leading QA activities and processes

Define business and technical requirements and product outcomes, oversee deployment and integration activities, and lead quality assurance processes.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience, including managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects and project life cycles. Must have experience with Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products, with additional experience in Oracle Siebel CRM, technology rollouts, infrastructure procurement, financial forecasting, and quality assurance.
