Original job description
- Lead infrastructure related activities, including patching and deployments
- Support the entire suite of applications, including infrastructure related work (e.g. IAM Modernization, analytics platform improvements, etc.), across all projects in the Data Product Services Branch. Support, influence and impact the use of analytics and strategy for analytics across the enterprise.
- Develop technical documentations to assist with branch activities, such as build books and programming specifications.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
- Have extensive experience on database and middleware technology and is required to support the branch in providing optimal solution support and delivering on time sensitive initiatives.
- Maintain infrastructure required for DPS solutions, including infrastructure capacity planning and patching.
- The resources will also support CSC release, and infrastructure solutions support sustainment activities, urgent priorities, changing needs, or time-sensitive infrastructure upgrades, or other sustainment activities supporting any CSC platforms overseen by the Cluster where annual work is required.
