Senior Workstation Specialist – Windows 11, Intune & Application Deployment
Job Description
We are seeking a senior workstation specialist to serve as the technical reference for the workstation team across two equally weighted areas: application lifecycle management and advanced Windows 11 troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Lifecycle Management
- Manage application integration, packaging, testing, and deployment in accordance with current standards.
- Use Intune, PatchMyPC, AppToDeployToolKit, and Astro to support application lifecycle activities.
- Develop and maintain application deployment solutions using PowerShell and PSAppDeployToolkit.
2. Advanced Windows 11 Troubleshooting
- Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis for complex Windows 11 issues.
- Identify and resolve issues involving the operating system, applications, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex workstation incidents.
3. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
- Prepare test reports, diagnostic reports, operating guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Share technical expertise and train internal teams on troubleshooting and resolution procedures.
Target Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a Microsoft workstation specialist with hands-on experience packaging and deploying applications through Intune in a Windows 11 environment, using PowerShell and PSAppDeployToolkit. The candidate should be experienced in resolving complex technical incidents, conducting root cause analysis, documenting solutions, and training internal teams, rather than focusing on front-line support.
French speaking is mandatory
