Original job description
This second position belongs to the same manufacturing workstream of the GPAP Modernization, attached this time to the clients Funds Collective initiative. The person acts as the business analysis content reference: they support partners in identifying and designing solutions, model processes and document the resulting analyses. The business, operational and functional requirements they formulate are handed to the development teams, and they take part in quality control. Exchanges with the architecture disciplines and with a large number of contributors from various fields are central, in a context the client describes as often ambiguous.
Candidate sought: a business analysis professional able to show, project by project, needs gathered, processes modeled and requirements delivered to developers. The target profile has already advised numerous business partners with diverging interests, ideally within a modernization program.
Key Requirements:
- Business analysis in a project context: defining needs,
documenting analyses and solution options, translating requirements for
development teams
- Command of organizational process analysis and modeling
methods
- Writing skills
- Advisory role with business partners and many stakeholders
- Collaboration with architecture disciplines (solution
documentation and assessment, support to the business architect)
Requirements
PREFERRED
- Knowledge of: data modeling, information systems concepts,
management systems, strategic planning, business architecture
- Participation in quality control activities
Profiles to Exclude:
- Profile limited to writing functional specifications, with
no needs gathering from business partners and no process analysis.
- Profile listing a PO or Scrum Master role with no documented
analysis deliverables (needs, processes, solution issues).
- Business architect profile with no demonstrated
responsibility for detailed analysis or for handing requirements to development
teams.
- Profile with no process modeling deliverable on the resume.
- User support or operations profile, with no project context.
