Original job description

The client is completing a software development project team within Personal Lines Property and Casualty Solutions Optimization. The stated need is technical: a Guidewire PolicyCenter developer who codes in Java and develops on AWS. Despite the analyst developer title, the mandate describes no analysis responsibility, which points to a code delivery profile. The qualifications section of the form is empty: the three named skills are therefore read as required, with no desired or asset distinction. Combining PolicyCenter, Java and AWS already narrows the pool, and would narrow it further if "associate" refers to a required certification.

Candidate sought: a Guidewire developer with 5+ years of experience and demonstrated delivery on PolicyCenter, in Java and on AWS. The profile delivers code within a project team, preferably in a property and casualty insurance context.

REQUIRED

Guidewire PolicyCenter development (associate level)
Java development
AWS development

Requirements

Profiles to Exclude:

Profile mentioning Guidewire without demonstrated development work on PolicyCenter (configuration, Gosu, integration).
Guidewire profile limited to ClaimCenter or BillingCenter, with no PolicyCenter project named in the resume.
Guidewire business or functional analyst profile without documented code delivery.
Java profile whose AWS experience is limited to hosting, with no AWS service used or development described.
Java/AWS developer profile with no Guidewire project in the resume.
