Original job description

The role covers the full cycle: getting up to speed on the new solution and processes, analyzing the needs of affected client groups, designing courses and learning paths, producing material, assessing learning and providing post-training follow-up. The person works with business experts and POs to validate content accuracy before release. The tools component is explicit, with integration into authoring tools and use of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, in content production. The mandate is part of the release's change management effort, without the person owning its strategy.
  • Target candidate: a skills development advisor who has already designed and produced training paths for a new system implementation, from needs analysis to integration in authoring tools. The person shows documented adult learning and educational technology practice, and produces their own material using Articulate and the Microsoft 365 suite, Copilot included.

Requirements

  • Skills development needs analysis and learning strategy recommendations
  • Design of courses, paths and programs, storyboards and instructional design documents (andragogy, educational technology)
  • Production of learning material and integration in authoring tools
  • Learning assessment, meeting and workshop facilitation, post-training follow-up
  • Microsoft 365 suite including Copilot, applied to content design and production

Desired:

  • Articulate suite (Rise and Storyline)
  • Apprentx B12
  • Copilot Premium and Clipchamp
  • Experience in a project context

Profiles to Exclude:

  • Profile showing training delivery without demonstrated design of courses, paths or instructional design documents.
  • Profile showing change management (communication plans, impact analyses) without demonstrated production of learning material.
  • Profile listing authoring tools without demonstrated upstream learning needs analysis.
  • Profile showing multimedia production (video, graphic design) without a documented adult learning approach.
  • Profile limited to recurring continuing education, without a new system or new process implementation context.
