Original job description

The client is looking for the Salesforce technical reference of its delivery teams, positioned between enterprise and business architects, Data Tech Leads and developers. This person designs the FSC architecture (360° client view, financial relationships, onboarding, personalized service) and connects it to data foundations, legacy systems and external platforms. They set development standards, oversee DevOps and review critical code, which calls for hands-on platform practice and not only a design role. The strategic component is real: CRM roadmaps, Salesforce governance and interactions with directors, VPs and senior VPs. Required seniority is 8 years or more.

Candidate sought: a Salesforce Tech Lead who has already owned the technical architecture and integrations of a large-scale Salesforce implementation in an institutional context, with FSC on the resume in a real project. This person can both review Apex or LWC code and defend an architecture recommendation in front of leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations in an institutional context
  • Mastery of Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce integration in complex business environments
  • API integration and distributed architectures
  • Salesforce security and sharing model
  • DevOps in a large-scale Salesforce FSC deployment context
  • Communication suited to executive bodies, documenting and presenting architecture recommendations
  • Technical leadership and influence without direct authority

Requirements

PREFERRED

  • Building 2 to 5 year CRM roadmaps and leading workshops (Discovery, Strategy & Assess)
  • Process automation with Salesforce or a BPM/BPA solution (e.g. Pega)

Profiles to Exclude:

  • Salesforce developer profile with no demonstrated responsibility for architecture design or technical standards.
  • Enterprise or business architect profile with no demonstrated technical delivery on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce profile with no integration project (API, middleware, events) described on the resume.
  • Profile listing FSC (or Vlocity) under skills with no associated project on the resume.
  • Profile whose Salesforce experience is limited to administration or user support, with no large-scale implementation.
