MacArthur’s Appliances is looking for an experienced Service Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll travel to customers’ homes to diagnose, repair, and service household appliances. Along with strong technical skills, we’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair household appliances
- Travel to customers’ homes for service calls
- Troubleshoot appliance issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers about the problem and repair process
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
- Work independently while staying connected with the service team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous appliance repair or related service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage service appointments
- Valid driver’s licence
Compensation
$25–$30 per hour, based on experience.
