The Project Manager plays a key role in the successful execution of CDMO initiatives, overseeing activities from product development through to commercialization. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that contribute directly to our mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products on time, on budget, and in full compliance with GMP standards. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in turning ideas into measurable results. You will bring structure, clarity, and coordination to dynamic projects, combining operational excellence with strategic insight to ensure that each initiative supports business objectives and delivers tangible results.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSc considered an asset).
PMP certification or equivalent.
2+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and/or R&D processes.
Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient with project management tools and reporting systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Professional maturity and strong client-facing skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively and adapt communication to diverse audiences.
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Le ou la Gestionnaire de projet joue un rôle essentiel dans la réussite des initiatives CDMO, en supervisant les activités depuis le développement de produit jusqu’à la commercialisation. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigez des projets complexes et interfonctionnels qui contribuent directement à notre mission de fournir des produits pharmaceutiques de haute qualité, livrés dans les délais, dans le respect des budgets et en pleine conformité avec les normes BPF. Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) proactif(ve) qui s’épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique, et qui prend plaisir à transformer des idées en résultats mesurables. Vous apporterez structure, clarté et coordination à des projets évolutifs, en combinant excellence opérationnelle et vision stratégique afin de garantir que chaque initiative soutienne les objectifs d’affaires et génère des résultats concrets.

Compétences Et Qualifications

Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (un B.Sc. est considéré comme un atout).
Certification PMP ou équivalent.
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
Bonne compréhension des processus de fabrication et/ou de R&D.
Expérience en gestion de budgets, prévisions et planification des ressources.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe, avec la capacité de mobiliser des équipes interfonctionnelles.
Maîtrise des outils et systèmes de gestion de projet (ex.: Smartsheet, MS Project).
Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche structurée et axée sur les détails.
Maturité professionnelle et fortes aptitudes en relation client, avec la capacité de représenter l’organisation de manière efficace et d’adapter sa communication à divers interlocuteurs.
