Sales Operations Analyst

One of our clients is actively looking for a Sales & Operations Analyst to support demand planning, inventory management, sales analysis, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in manufacturing or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and support demand planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
• Support pricing, order tracking, and sales operations.
• Review costs and assess order profitability.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and ERP systems.
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain coordination, commercial operations, or a related analytical role.
• Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, metals, or a comparable operational environment is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with experience using ERP platforms and data reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, planning, and operational teams
