Mad Engine Global is looking for a creative, trend-driven Apparel Designer to join our Canada Design team! If you love turning fashion trends and consumer insights into commercially successful apparel, we’d love to see your work.
✨ What You’ll Do:
🎨 Design seasonal apparel collections across Men’s, Women’s, Youth & Kids
👕 Create original concepts, CADs, technical flats & color palettes
🔎 Research fashion, color, fabric & consumer trends
🏷️ Design for licensed, branded & private label programs
🤝 Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Merchandising, Licensing & Production
🛍️ Develop products for major Canadian retailers
✅ We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years of apparel design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel design, graphics & trend interpretation
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims & manufacturing
- Licensed, wholesale or private label experience preferred
- Canadian retail experience is a plus
