Madison Taylor Design is an integrated design firm with a collaborative team of approximately 30 professionals. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional to help us find exceptional talent while supporting the ongoing HR needs of our team.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in both proactive recruitment and general human resources.
Talent acquisition will be a significant focus of this position. We are looking for someone who goes beyond posting job opportunities and managing incoming applications. The successful candidate will be resourceful and proactive in identifying, sourcing, and engaging strong potential candidates, including individuals who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.
This person will take ownership of recruitment from sourcing through hiring, while also managing and supporting the day-to-day HR needs of our approximately 30-person team. This includes employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, compliance, and strategic HR support.
This is a standalone, part-time role ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently, understands how to find great people in a competitive talent market, and is equally comfortable supporting employees and advising leadership on HR matters.
The position is hybrid, working out of our Midhurst office at least one day per week.
