About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own project delivery and the production schedule across
our client portfolio, from large multi-million-dollar projects to day-to-day support and helpdesk
accounts. This is a senior, hands-on, detail-oriented role, not a hands-off oversight position. You will
supervise several team members and work closely with leadership, with clear opportunities for
professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management and supervise the production schedule.
- Manage multiple projects and dozens of client accounts simultaneously, including support/helpdesk work.
- Prepare thorough work specifications and analyze requirements in depth before work starts.
- Track scope rigorously and prepare billable change orders for any new work scope.
- Drive timelines, budgets, and delivery quality; prevent scope creep, rework, and technical debt.
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, and integrations; unblock work and check in daily with team and clients.
- Handle client follow-ups and calls, collect payments, and ensure client Timebanks are replenished.
Requirements
- Completed PMP certification (a must).
- Senior-level experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, with web development/digital projects (e-commerce preferred).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English (a must).
- Top-notch, flawless communication skills in both English and French.
- Excellent client communication, relationship building, and context-switching skills.
- Highly responsive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing workload.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Comfortable with a hybrid delivery approach (combining structured PMP practices with Agile).
- Availability for significant working-hours overlap with Eastern Time (EST).
- Based in the Greater Montreal Area.
Nice to Have
- Agency experience (a big plus).
- Agile / Product Owner experience or certification.
- Experience managing support/helpdesk or time-bank based client accounts.
