With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

The HR Systems Program Manager is accountable for the end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of complex enterprise HR technology initiatives, including Workday and Dayforce implementations and major enhancements. Acting as the primary project leader, this role establishes scope, delivery plans, budgets, governance and success measures; aligns global stakeholders and vendors; manages risks, issues and dependencies; and drives testing, deployment and post-production stabilization to achieve business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Workday and Dayforce projects from initiation and planning through execution, deployment and post-production stabilization.
  • Build and maintain project charters, business cases, scope statements, integrated delivery plans, budgets, resource plans and success measures.
  • Manage the critical path, milestones, dependencies and deliverables; maintain RAID logs and drive timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Lead project governance forums and executive steering committees, providing concise reporting on project health, financials, decisions and corrective actions.
  • Apply PMO standards and delivery methodologies, ensuring disciplined change control, documentation, stage-gate readiness and auditability.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams for configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment and release planning.
  • Establish the test strategy, schedule, entry and exit criteria, and governance for System Integration, User Acceptance, Parallel Payroll and Regression Testing.
  • Oversee defect governance, prioritization, resolution and retesting, and lead readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Develop cutover, deployment, transition and stabilization plans, assigning clear owners, timelines, dependencies and contingency actions.
  • Own project financial management, including budgets, forecasts, vendor expenditures, actual-versus-budget reporting and resource demand planning.
  • Define the stakeholder engagement and communications plan, align business and technical leaders, and secure timely decisions across global teams.
  • Manage vendors and system integrators against contractual commitments, deliverables, quality expectations and escalation paths.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of progressive enterprise project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • 3-5+ years leading Workday and/or Dayforce implementations or major enhancement programs, with direct accountability for scope, schedule, budget and delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing global HRIS, payroll or workforce management projects from initiation through stabilization.
  • Proven vendor-management experience with system integrators and Application Management Services providers, including deliverable and performance oversight.
  • Strong command of project management disciplines, including governance, financial controls, risk and issue management, change control, resource planning and executive reporting.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with experience leading global teams across multiple time zones.

Your preferred qualifications

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Agile delivery certification or demonstrated experience applying hybrid delivery methods is an asset.
