To do so, the Watch Box Specialist will be expected to…
- Upload weekly reports of sold items into the system and interpret the complex data in order to make appropriate data-driven decisions
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits and validation checks
- Collaborate closely with stores and the IT team to make the system more user-friendly.
- Create various statistical reports and be able to manage the large volume efficiently
- Provide ongoing training on the Watch Box system
- Always maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity
- Comply with all Company guidelines, policies and procedures while continuously ensuring data privacy
- Offer assistance to with team members as well as build effective working relationships
- Offer excellent customer service
- Complete ad hoc clerical documents when needed
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of office administration or clerical experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team values
- Excellent organizational and data management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English and French
- Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities
Upload and analyze weekly sales reports, maintain data accuracy through audits, create statistical reports, and collaborate with stores and IT to improve the Watch Box system. Train employees on the system, provide customer and team support, complete clerical tasks, and follow company policies and data privacy requirements.
Requirements
Candidates need at least two years of retail sales experience and two years of office administration or clerical experience; luxury retail or jewelry experience is preferred. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and data management skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel and fluency in English and French.
