* Support compliance with CVOR requirements and company safety policies.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational compliance.
* Promote a safety-first culture where concerns are reported, addressed, and documented.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
* Maintain accurate daily dispatch records and shipment documentation.
* Monitor outstanding deliveries, missing paperwork, and unresolved service issues.
* Assist with reviewing detention, waiting time, and additional service charges.
* Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to dispatch procedures, safety, and service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements

* Comfortable using transportation management systems, email, Microsoft Excel, and other office software.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
