Coordinating service calls, repairs, and follow up visits.
Managing daily schedules and making adjustments when appointments or project timelines change.
Communicating with customers, designers, trades, and internal departments.
Keeping scheduling records and project information accurate and up to date.

Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication, both by phone and email.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to manage several priorities without losing track of details.
A practical approach to solving everyday scheduling problems.
Someone dependable who works well with colleagues and customers.

Experience in construction or stone fabrication would be helpful, but is not required.
