Job Summary
We are hiring a Help Desk Support Associate to provide front-line technical assistance to employees. You'll troubleshoot common issues, log support requests, and help ensure quick resolution of everyday technology problems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and login issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff
- Document support interactions and resolutions accurately
- Assist with equipment setup and account provisioning
- Provide basic guidance to end users on common systems
- Support IT inventory and equipment tracking as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in IT a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in help desk or technical support
- Basic knowledge of common operating systems and software
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Relevant certification (CompTIA A+) a plus
- Patient, customer-focused approach to support
