Location: Kingston, Ontario

Salary: $60,643.00 - 69,009.00 annually– Salary Commensurate with Experience

Position Details

As an Executive Assistant (EA), you will provide executive support to the clinical management team and report directly to the Associate Director of Client-Funded and MCCSS Programs and Services.
You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including supporting and coordinating appointments; developing meeting agendas and taking minutes as needed; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; drafting internal and external communications including newsletters and memos; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. 
You will organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects. This is a role that requires creativity and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment that is mission driven, results-driven, and community oriented. 
This role is a good fit for you if you are a self-directed independent thinker with strong critical thinking abilities, able to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, thrives as a team-player, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma/degree in Office Administration or a related program with specific file/data management training. Bachelor’s degree, an asset.
Three (3) years (minimum) of related work experience in a high-level administrative position, providing executive support.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
Experience working in a community-based service provider setting, an asset.  
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, an asset.
French Language proficiency, written and verbal is an asset
