We’re a Montreal-based online retailer of premium quality essentials, known particularly so far for our men’s boxer briefs. We have been rapidly growing since launching in 2021, and the brand is truly at a turning point to becoming a household name in Canada, and already growing rapidly in parallel in the US market.

Who is Manmade looking for?

The Sales Associate is the face of Manmade in-store. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

Sales Associates play a critical role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and representing the Manmade brand on the floor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product presentation and restocking.
Ensure inventory accuracy through proper organization of the stockroom and participation in inventory counts, while following operational and loss prevention procedures.
Act as a brand ambassador by collaborating closely with the team, participating in training, and demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and adaptability based on business needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role (an asset).

Responsabilités

Offrir une expérience client chaleureuse, confiante et authentique, reflétant les valeurs de Manmade et son engagement envers des essentiels de qualité.
Accueillir et accompagner les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer des recommandations produits pertinentes et éclairées.
Contribuer aux objectifs de vente grâce à une forte présence sur le plancher, un souci du détail et une exécution rigoureuse des transactions à la caisse (POS).
Maintenir un environnement de magasin propre, organisé et visuellement attrayant, incluant la présentation des produits et le réapprovisionnement.
Assurer l’exactitude des inventaires grâce à une bonne organisation de l’arrière-boutique et à la participation aux comptes d’inventaire, tout en respectant les procédures opérationnelles et de prévention des pertes.
Agir à titre d’ambassadeur·rice de la marque en collaborant étroitement avec l’équipe, en participant aux formations et en faisant preuve de fiabilité, de ponctualité et d’adaptabilité selon les besoins de l’entreprise.

Exigences

Expérience préalable en vente au détail ou dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle (un atout).
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible, incluant les fins de semaine.
Intérêt pour le développement professionnel et l’évolution au sein du milieu du commerce de détail (un atout).
