Role Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales & Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of a client relationship, from first contact to a smooth, successful start. · Re-engage and nurture older or dormant leads to uncover new opportunities

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (leads, quotes, follow-ups, status)

· Attend industry events and conferences to build the company's network and generate new business opportunities

· Help implement a final mile delivery strategy in collaboration with operations and leadership

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding period

· Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new clients

· Work cross-functionally with warehousing/operations teams to ensure smooth setup and implementation.

· Develop and maintain Onboarding Guidelines to standardize and streamline the onboarding process

· Assist in identifying and escalating client issues to the appropriate internal team, ensuring timely resolution

· Participate in weekly customer calls as needed to review account status, address concerns, and strengthen the relationship

Main Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer onboarding, or a related client-facing role

· Experience in warehousing, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain. Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) preferred

· Self-motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on documentation, SOPs, and client commitments

· Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a consultative, relationship-building approach

· Comfortable managing multiple leads/clients simultaneously and prioritizing effectively

· Willingness to travel periodically to attend industry events and conferences
