We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our Moncton, NB location.
Purpose
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
Responsibilities
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Records all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
- Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays as well as keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
- Assists in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
- Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager
- Bilingual (French & English) an asset
- Basic data entry / keyboarding skills
- Previous parts / retail experience preferred
- Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Forklift license preferred
- Valid Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract

Responsibilities
Sell, receive, and deliver parts and accessories while providing in-store customer service and supporting sales transactions. Supply parts to service technicians, maintain displays and department organization, process incoming shipments and orders, and complete other duties assigned by the Parts Manager.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, along with basic data-entry and keyboarding skills, the ability to use a parts catalog application, and the ability to work in a team. Previous parts or retail experience is preferred; a forklift license and French-English bilingual ability are assets, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.
