Your own book of business starts here.

Most entry-level roles in wealth management keep you behind the scenes. This one puts you in front of clients. From your first weeks, you’ll be meeting prospects, sitting in on client reviews, and learning how a successful practice is actually built, with a clear goal: managing your own clients.

Your day-to-day

  • Generate new relationships through prospecting, referrals and community networking
  • Sit in on client meetings and see how planning conversations unfold
  • Build financial planning files and portfolio performance reports
  • Take on more responsibility as you grow, until you manage clients on your own

Why join us

  • Base salary + commission
  • You learn from a team of CFP, Pl. Fin., CIM and CFA professionals, not from a manual
  • A defined progression plan, so you always know your next step
  • Professional-grade analytical and planning tools
  • Experienced advisor? Let’s talk about an arrangement that fits your situation

You’ll thrive here if you

  • Enjoy meeting people and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone
  • Set your own goals and hold yourself to them
  • Have up to 3 years of experience in finance, sales or wealth management (or none, and plenty of drive)
  • Hold a post-secondary degree (finance, economics or business is a plus)
  • Have completed or are working on the CSC (CIRO exams are a strong plus)
  • Speak French and English, and put integrity first

To apply, send your résumé with a few lines on why wealth management appeals to you. Applications are reviewed as they come in.

We are committed to equal opportunity. Accommodations are available on request at every stage of the selection process.
