About the Company

At Diligence Wealth Management, we believe that true wealth management is about more than numbers - it’s about people, purpose, and building lasting legacies.

As an established partner of Manulife Wealth Inc., one of Canada’s leading independent investment and insurance dealers, we combine the strength of a national institution with the personalized approach of a boutique advisory firm.

Our mission is to help clients achieve financial clarity and long-term success through disciplined planning, transparent advice, and strategic investment management. We operate with integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to excellence - values that guide everything we do for our clients and our advisors alike.

About the Role

This is not a traditional “plug-and-play” advisory role - it is a ground-up opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated to build something of their own over time.

As a Junior Wealth Management Advisor, you will begin by learning the foundations of the industry while developing your own client base from the ground up. This role requires a high level of initiative, consistency, and resilience in the early stages, with the understanding that long-term success is built through discipline and persistence.

You will be supported through mentorship, structure, and guidance from experienced advisors, but ultimately, your growth will be driven by your ability to take ownership of your development and business-building efforts.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are early in their careers, highly driven, and motivated by long-term entrepreneurial success rather than immediate stability or structure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your client base through consistent prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
  • Build tailored financial strategies aligned with each client’s goals, risk tolerance, and life stage
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and provide ongoing guidance to clients
  • Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to deliver informed advice
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and specialists to enhance the client experience

What We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to build your own business within a structured and supportive environment
  • Hands-on mentorship and training focused on long-term development
  • A flexible, entrepreneurial setting that rewards discipline, initiative, and consistency
  • A clear path toward independence and ownership of your practice
  • Exposure to real client scenarios early in your career

Compensation & Growth

  • Performance-based compensation with no ceiling, aligned with your effort and results
  • Early-stage development focused on building long-term recurring revenue
  • Access to experienced mentors and a national advisory network

Who This Is For

  • Individuals at the start of their professional journey who are eager to learn and grow
  • Self-starters who are comfortable with building relationships and developing business over time
  • Candidates who value long-term opportunity over short-term certainty
  • Those motivated by entrepreneurship, personal growth, and creating something of their own

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Engineering, or other relevant field)
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with clients
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and coachability
