The Digital Analytics Manager will play a critical role in enterprise-wide Global Digital Storefront initiatives, joining Manulife’s Global Digital Marketing to drive the successful implementation and continuous evolution of the organization’s digital strategy across consumer markets. This role partners closely with digital marketing teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting, advanced analysis, and data-driven recommendations that inform strategic and tactical decision-making.

This position requires a highly motivated analytics leader with a strong passion for digital data and optimization. The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex digital data, synthesizing results into clear, actionable insights that improve business outcomes. Leveraging an increasingly mature digital analytics ecosystem, the incumbent will analyze user behavior across major Manulife digital properties to measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize customer experiences. Through strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, this role will influence digital strategy, enhance performance, and help elevate the effectiveness of enterprise digital initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

Own the end‑to‑end reporting and insights strategy for the Global Digital Storefront, ensuring consistent, scalable, and accurate measurement across regions, brands, and digital properties.
Design, build, and maintain standardized measurement plan and self-serve dashboards and reports that track Storefront performance, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer journey metrics.
Translate complex digital data into actionable, business‑focused insights that support decision‑making across Marketing, Product, Technology, and senior leadership.
Define and operationalize key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to Storefront business objectives, ensuring ongoing relevance as the platform and digital strategy evolve.
Provide regular performance readouts and deep‑dive analyses that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations for Storefront initiatives.
Enable stakeholders to self‑serve insights by establishing robust reporting frameworks, documentation, and analytics best practices within Adobe Analytics and related platforms.
Partner with Product Owners and squad teams to embed reporting requirements into epics and user stories, ensuring measurement is built into Storefront features by design.
Monitor data quality and consistency across Storefront reporting, working closely with tagging and engineering teams to resolve tracking gaps or discrepancies.
Support continuous optimization by clearly measuring the impact of enhancements, experiments, and releases across the Global Digital Storefront ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with advanced digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar enterprise tools.
2+ years of business analysis experience in large organizations with multiple functions and/or business units.
Data management and visualization experience (Power BI or Tableau, SQL, R).
Experience measuring digital performance, including mobile analytics.
Advanced proficiency with Databricks, including SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, Workflows, Unity Catalog) and PowerBI.
Hands-on Python for data science: pandas/numpy/scikit-learn/statsmodels/PySpark; MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry; CI/CD and testing.
Expertise in experimentation design, attribution methodologies, incrementality, measurement, MMM, CLV and privacy aware analytics in regulated industries.
Analytical rigor and systems thinking across data, measurement and modeling layers.
Analytics engineering, and Python modeling.
Strong data storytelling, insight synthesis, and executive-ready communication.
Stakeholder influence and change management, especially across marketing, digital engineers, and MarTech.
Deep experimentation mindset, measurement discipline and ROI orientation.
Demonstrated ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Analytics experience in an agile project environment is a plus.

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
