Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess issues holistically and identify root causes, gaps, and emerging risks.
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.

Experience supporting governance forums, risk reviews, audits, regulatory initiatives, or remediation programs.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, accountability, and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
