Influence investment decisions by providing architectural direction, technology assessments, and business-aligned recommendations.
Build strong relationships across architecture, engineering, data, security, risk, and operational teams to drive integrated outcomes.
Communicate complex technology concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

Leadership & Talent Development

Mentor architects, senior developers, and engineering teams in architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Provide thought leadership across the architecture community and contribute to enterprise-wide architecture practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in application, solution, domain, or enterprise architecture within complex organizations.
Proven ability to define architecture strategies, target-state roadmaps, and modernization plans.
