Original job description

In this role, you will help drive Global Technology & Operations' strategy, transformation, AI enablement, workforce modernization, value realization, and governance agenda. You will lead analytical and transformation workstreams, develop business cases and executive insights, and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across Technology and Operations.

You will serve as a key coordination and execution lead across multiple geographies, maintaining visibility across portfolio priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. You will also lead first-line Responsible AI governance and Model Risk Management (MRM) execution activities within GTO, helping teams navigate governance requirements, prepare documentation, coordinate reviews, and maintain compliance with enterprise standards.

This is an AI-native team. You will use AI tools, agentic workflows, and LLM-connected enterprise platforms as a primary way of working to accelerate analysis, governance execution, reporting, strategy development, and transformation delivery.

Position Responsibilities

  • Strategy, Transformation & Value Realization: Lead strategic and transformation workstreams that support GTO priorities, including operating model modernization, AI enablement, workforce transformation, and operational improvement initiatives. Develop business cases, investment analyses, value realization plans, and executive recommendations that support effective decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
  • Operational Analytics & Performance Insights: Lead operational and business analysis across technology and operations functions to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities. Develop analytical frameworks, forecasting models, performance diagnostics, and benefit-tracking methodologies that support transformation priorities and executive decision-making.
  • Responsible AI Governance & Model Risk Management: Lead first-line Responsible AI governance and Model Risk Management activities for AI-enabled initiatives across GTO. Coordinate model inventory management, risk-tiering assessments, governance reviews, model documentation, monitoring requirements, and governance submissions. Translate enterprise governance requirements into practical actions for delivery teams and work closely with Risk, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and model owners to ensure successful governance outcomes.
  • Transformation Delivery & Portfolio Coordination: Drive execution of assigned transformation initiatives through roadmap management, milestone tracking, dependency coordination, issue resolution, and progress reporting. Maintain visibility across portfolio priorities and ensure leaders have timely insight into risks, decisions, dependencies, and emerging issues.
  • Executive Communications & Decision Support: Develop executive-ready presentations, strategic briefings, benchmarking analyses, governance materials, and performance updates for Directors, AVPs, governance forums, and senior leadership. Translate complex operational, governance, financial, and transformation information into concise, actionable insights.
  • Workforce Transformation & Operating Model Development: Support workforce modernization, AI adoption, reskilling, and future-of-work initiatives across Technology and Operations. Analyze workforce trends, productivity opportunities, organizational capacity, and operating model evolution to help shape future-state capabilities.
  • AI-Augmented Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Leverage AI tools, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI platforms to improve analysis, reporting, governance, and transformation execution. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repeatable activities, improve governance workflows, enhance reporting quality, and accelerate delivery while maintaining appropriate controls.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, operational excellence, analytics, governance, AI enablement, risk management, technology, consulting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with enterprise data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing business cases, investment assessments, value realization plans, executive reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience leading or coordinating governance, risk management, compliance, regulatory, or control activities.
  • Working knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, Model Risk Management, privacy, operational risk, or technology risk concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across business, technology, and control functions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and generative AI technologies to support research, analysis, reporting, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation offices, operational excellence, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting Responsible AI governance, AI risk management, or first-line Model Risk Management activities.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, low-code/no-code AI solutions, and associated governance considerations.
  • Experience with SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical platforms.
  • Experience supporting executive governance forums, steering committees, or enterprise reporting functions.
  • Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting workforce transformation, organizational change, or AI adoption initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, analytics, risk, governance, privacy, or AI-related disciplines.

When you join our team:
