Our Team

The Office of the CEO works closely with senior leaders in the organization to support the CEO agenda, executive decision-making, and priority enterprise engagements. The team connects strategic content, relationship management, and execution disciplines across business segments, functions, geographies and external partners. The role requires strong judgment, fast synthesis, and the ability to manage confidential, time-sensitive work with a high degree of professionalism.

Your Role

As Manager for OCEO, you will support the execution of the CEO agenda and enterprise priorities by leading strategic deliverables, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and special projects. You will coordinate with senior leaders and key partners to develop executive-ready materials, drive alignment, and ensure effective execution of priority initiatives. This role reports to the Chief of Staff of the CEO.

Core Competencies

Executive Judgment and Prioritization: Operate in ambiguous, confidential, and fast-moving environments; exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and drive execution on priority matters
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Convert market, competitor, partner, and internal inputs into concise insights, briefing notes, and decision-ready recommendations
Executive Communication: Create clear, polished materials for senior leaders, Board members, and external engagements
Stakeholder Coordination: Skilled at working across teams and building strong relationships to manage critical activities, events, and logistics

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Chief of Staff and Office of the CEO in advancing enterprise priorities, executive engagements, and strategic initiatives
Develop executive-level materials, briefings, and communications for the CEO and senior leadership team
Help drive the planning and execution of leadership forums, external engagements, and special projects
Support the Office of the CEO agenda by coordinating scheduling priorities and operational details with Executive Assistants and relevant stakeholders
Monitor progress against key initiatives, identify emerging issues and dependencies, and facilitate timely follow-up with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support effective decision-making, communication, and execution

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in corporate or business strategy, executive office / chief of staff support, management consulting, business transformation, or a related role; financial services
experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, public policy, international relations, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred

Salary range is expected to be between

$103,270.00 CAD - $153,270.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
