- Support sponsorship and brand activation initiatives, including activation research, audience engagement strategies, measurement approaches, and post-event reporting.
- Research AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies and contribute recommendations for improving marketing workflows, content development, and audience engagement.
- Complete a strategic brand, social media, or audience engagement project that includes research, analysis, actionable recommendations, and an executive presentation to Marketing leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with an interest in marketing, branding, advertising, digital media, financial services, or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly.
- Experience conducting research, analyzing information, and translating findings into actionable recommendations and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Interest in brand building, social media, customer engagement, and emerging marketing trends, including AI-enabled tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated initiative through internships, case competitions, student leadership, entrepreneurship, content creation, digital marketing projects, or other relevant experiences.
