You'll gain hands-on experience with modern automation, artificial intelligence, low-code platforms, and process optimization while developing practical skills in business analysis, solution design, and automation engineering.

We are currently looking for highly motivated students to join us in our Toronto, Ontario, Canada office for a 12-month co-op term running from January 5, 2027 through December 16, 2027. This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to work in the office on designated in-office days.

Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.

Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and technical documentation.

Support data collection, reporting, and analysis efforts to evaluate the impact of automation initiatives.

Research emerging automation, artificial intelligence, and productivity technologies and share recommendations with the team.

Participate in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with automation and low-code technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power Apps.

Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience gained through academic projects, internships, hackathons, extracurricular activities, or personal projects involving automation or process improvement.

Familiarity with process mapping and workflow visualization tools such as Visio.

Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.

Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data connectors, or automation architecture concepts.

Interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
