Every successful installation starts with the right equipment, materials and preparation. Maple Air is hiring a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to help our technicians and installers start each day ready. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, accurate inventory and improving how things run.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive, inspect, label, organize and store HVAC equipment, parts and materials.
- Stage equipment and supplies for service calls and installations.
- Safely load and unload vehicles and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
- Update inventory records, conduct counts and flag shortages or discrepancies.
- Support replenishment, supplier coordination, returns and warranty materials.
- Work closely with Operations, Service and Installation to meet job schedules.
- Suggest practical improvements to organization, accuracy and workflow.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to safely handle and move equipment and materials.
- Comfort with computers, spreadsheets and inventory software.
- HVAC, trades or parts-distribution experience is an asset.
- Forklift experience/certification and a driver's licence are assets.

Responsibilities
