Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking to fill a part-time 6-month contract Scheduling Systems Administrator position in our regional office, Chatham Ontario.

Salary: $21.90 per hour.

Hours: up to 20 hours per week.

Schedule: Mornings 9am-1pm, with some flexibility to accommodate program scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

Using the electronic Quatro Scheduling system, the SDW will develop and revise ongoing master schedules for both clients and staff in accordance with the clients' service and budgeted hours.
Complete/revise block schedules and complete call-ins as required
Respond to client and staff calls in a timely manner, reporting any concerns/issues to the Service Manager
Ensure client-focused service delivery and refer service complaints to supervisor for follow-up.
Carrying the after-hours phone based on a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings and weekends for clients and staff.
Additional related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent
Ability to take initiative, multitask, and work under pressure within deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency with computer hardware and software including MS Office, Navision and Quatro or equivalent scheduling system
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Flexible to changing demands of the job
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and math accuracy
Excellent writing and proofing skills; exceptional organizational skills
Scheduling experience an asset

Responsibilities

Develop and revise client and staff schedules using the Quatro system, including block schedules and call-ins, while aligning services with client needs and budgeted hours. Respond to client and staff inquiries, escalate concerns and complaints, and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office, Navision, and Quatro or a comparable scheduling system. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, multitasking, customer service, communication, math accuracy, proofreading, organization, and flexibility; scheduling experience is an asset.
