Original job description

Marcon is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of project-level marketing initiatives across the development lifecycle. This role helps turn approved marketing plans into well-organized deliverables, ensuring campaigns, creative assets, sales and leasing environments, and communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.

You will work across multiple initiatives, helping keep timelines moving, assets organized, communications consistent, and stakeholders aligned. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across digital tools, CRM systems, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will support project marketing execution from planning through delivery. You will coordinate timelines and approvals, maintain marketing assets and version control, support digital and print campaigns, and help ensure sales and leasing environments are presented to the required standard.

You will also contribute to trimester marketing plan tracking, reporting, CRM updates, and marketing technology administration. Your ability to bring structure and momentum to multiple priorities will help the Marketing team deliver consistent, professional work across Marcon's projects.

What You Bring

2–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project administration, or a related field
Post-secondary diploma or degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and structured workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project partners
Sound judgment in leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and execution quality
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
