Job Description

The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers at Marcon’s W42 residential community. Working closely with Property Management, Maintenance, and Leasing, you will help create a warm, organized, and professional resident experience.

You will support day-to-day concierge services including resident and guest welcome, package handling, access control, amenity bookings, move-ins, maintenance requests, and resident communications. You will also help maintain a secure, tidy, and welcoming lobby while supporting building safety and emergency protocols.

This role is well suited to someone with experience in residential concierge, hotel front desk, guest services, or another high-touch customer experience environment.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a visible role in the resident experience at one of Marcon’s residential communities. You will be a trusted point of contact for residents and guests, helping information, services, and building operations flow smoothly each day.

You will work as part of a collaborative site team, responding to resident needs, identifying service issues proactively, and supporting move-ins and community engagement. The role combines hospitality, communication, organization, and operational awareness in a fast-paced residential environment.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in residential concierge, hotel front desk, guest services, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, with a professional and composed approach
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with digital building systems or property management software
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile apps for communication and reporting
Discretion and professionalism with a strong focus on resident experience
Purpose-built rental experience is an asset
Yardi systems experience, including Concierge IQ or Maintenance IQ, is an asset
Working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act is an asset
Emergency response training, such as First Aid, is an asset
