Original job description

Marcon is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring approved marketing plans to life across our development portfolio. Working with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners, you will help coordinate campaigns, creative assets, communications, sales and leasing environments, events, and marketing systems with accuracy and consistency.

This is a generalist marketing role with the opportunity to build depth in one or two areas such as CRM and lead nurture, social and content, or events and sales gallery experience. You will help keep projects organized and moving, maintain marketing assets and information, and contribute to clear reporting and documentation that strengthens how the team works. The role is based in our Vancouver office and is full-time.

The Opportunity

You will play an important role in delivering marketing initiatives across the development lifecycle. Success in this role means keeping projects organized and on schedule, ensuring campaign materials and communications are accurate and on brand, and helping create a consistent experience across digital, print, sales and leasing, and event touchpoints.

You will work with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and project partners while building your understanding of marketing channels, CRM, campaign reporting, and the systems that support effective execution.

What You Bring

1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience across areas such as brand, digital, social, content, events, CRM, or project marketing, with experience owning campaign execution
Post-secondary diploma or degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems
Experience in a high-standard consumer brand environment or new-home real estate marketing is an asset
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and a practical approach to solving problems
An interest in using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, execution quality, and day-to-day marketing operations

About Us

Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Founded in 1985, Marcon is an established real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, building and managing properties across Metro Vancouver. A focus on quality and craft is what the business was built on, giving us a trusted name in the construction community. These principles have remained a focus as we’ve expanded into the real estate development and operations space, managing our own projects from conception through to execution, completion, and more recently ongoing management. We have a commitment to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without a hardworking team, working together, to make it all happen.

What We Offer

Marcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, and high-performance team culture where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day. If you are at the top of your game or want to find an environment to push you to it and if you want to find like-minded teams that strive for innovation and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture.
