Original job description

Marcon is seeking a Property Administrator to support the effective day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, sales centre, and mixed-use properties. This role plays an important part in keeping property operations organized, responsive, and well supported through accurate administration, strong tenant service, and consistent documentation.

Working closely with the Regional Property Manager and property management teams, you will support lease administration, tenant records, rent and billing processes, service coordination, vendor administration, and portfolio reporting. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure information is accurate, issues are followed through, and property operations run smoothly.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative property management environment while building strong knowledge across a diverse portfolio and supporting high standards of service and operational discipline.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be a key administrative partner to the property management team and an important point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will help keep property information current, support timely resolution of requests, and ensure administrative and compliance requirements are handled with care.

You will bring an organized, professional approach to a role where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter. Experience in real estate, property operations, or a related administrative environment will help you succeed.

What You Bring

2–3 years of administrative experience in real estate, construction, or property operations
Experience with property management systems; Yardi is required
Strong organizational, documentation, and digital administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction and escalate issues appropriately
Valid BC driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Availability to support move-ins and move-outs as required
