About Us

Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Founded in 1985, Marcon is an established real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, building and managing properties across Metro Vancouver. A focus on quality and craft is what the business was built on, giving us a trusted name in the construction community. These principles have remained a focus as we’ve expanded into the real estate development and operations space, managing our own projects from conception through to execution, completion, and more recently ongoing management.

We have a commitment to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without a hardworking team, working together, to make it all happen. That’s why we’re looking for people who are eager to join an intelligent and motivated team to create something bigger than themselves and build communities that will impact a neighbourhood in infinite ways.

About The Role

Marcon is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning, Analysis & Risk team. Reporting to the Director, FP&A and Risk, this role supports financial analysis, performance management and risk-informed decision-making across our corporate operations and portfolio of development, construction and income-producing assets.

You will develop integrated financial models, forecasts and executive reporting that provide clear visibility into business and project performance, liquidity and capital requirements. Working across the business, you will translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights that support informed decision-making.

The role also supports reporting and requirements for lenders, JV partners and insurers, including financial and operational risk analysis and insurance coordination.

This role is based in our Langley office, with the opportunity to be based in our Vancouver office depending on candidate location.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to contribute across a diverse real estate portfolio while strengthening the financial insight that supports business decisions. You will work closely with teams across Marcon to improve forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow visibility and management reporting.

The role is well suited to an experienced finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with sound judgment, clear communication and an interest in continually improving how financial information is used across the business.

What You Bring

5–7+ years of finance or accounting experience in an analytical capacity
Strong financial modelling and forecasting experience
Degree, diploma or certificate in Land Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
CPA or CFA designation, or progress toward a designation, is desirable
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving capability
Ability to work confidently with complex financial information and large data sets
Strong communication, collaboration and prioritization skills
Sound judgment in using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting and efficiency
Real estate industry experience is strongly preferred

What We Offer

Marcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, high-performance team culture, where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day. If you are at the top of your game or want to find an environment to push you to it and if you want to find like-minded teams that strive for innovation and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture. The compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on candidate experience and qualifications. Coupled with this base salary, we offer pay for performance bonus programs, excellent family health benefits, RSP matching, employee recognition programs and plenty of opportunity to socialize, have fun and build genuine relationships.

If you are an enthusiastic and hard-working individual who is interested in being a part of our team, then we want to hear from you!
